This video tells us about the importance between creativity & play. Playfulness is important because it helps us to get better creativity. There's three different areas for this: Exploration, Building and Roleplay. Exploration is all about quantity, quality doesn't matter. As for Building is all about thinking and making things with your hands. Lastly, Roleplay is all about experiencing them, by acting them out and explore without being embarrassed.
